GUAYAQUIL, ECUADOR

Barranquilla Carnival is one of Colombia’s most important folkloric celebrations and is a fusion of cultures, music, dance, and tradition. The Barranquilla Carnival hosts various events and celebrations such as street parties, costume parades, traditional music concerts, and dances. The highlight of Barranquilla's Carnival is the famous Battle of the Flowers Parade, which draws huge crowds from far and wide.
PUNTA ARENAS, CHILE
The winter carnival in Punta Arenas is one of the festivals with the largest number of people; here a large part of the inhabitants go to Bories Avenue to witness the parades of cars, murgas, and batucadas. The spectator is not confined to the role of his spectator but is an entity that at any moment can become one more member of the actors of the performance. The street is a stage in movement, full of color and sounds. The most amazing thing is how this great event takes place even below zero!
CAJAMARCA, PERÚ
The Cajamarca carnival combines elements such as costumes, music, parades, and street activities that are carried out by its inhabitants and in which artisans, dance groups, and musical groups participate. In addition to the games with water and ink, no spectator is spared a bucket of water, dyes, and a good drink of chicha de Jora. The purpose of this celebration is to venerate "King Momo", known as "Ño Carnavalón", who represents mockery and sarcasm.

The Rio de Janeiro Carnival is the mother of all carnivals! The carnival is famous for its samba parades that feature 20-meter floats and thousands of performers.
